2025 ELITE CAMP

Position Placement: Due to the limited number of participants at the camp, campers will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at multiple positions during scrimmage situations. Players who are typically “pitchers only” will have the opportunity to hit. Players that are typically position players will also receive the opportunity to display their skills on the mound. A certain number of spots will be ensured for catchers at the camp.

Participants at the Alabama Baseball Elite Camp will get the full experience of what it is like to be a member of the Tide! Campers will be housed in our new state of the art dorms, receive all necessary meals during the duration of the camp, and get a locker in the newly renovated Sewell-Thomas Stadium. Campers will be put through a pro-style workout, receive skill-instruction from the Alabama coaching staff, and scrimmage at “The Joe”. Campers will also partake in informational sessions that will provide valuable insight on what it takes academically to be a college baseball player and what the steps are to become NCAA eligible. Head Coach Rob Vaughn will be at the camp and will show from his own mouth what he looks for in a player and how he runs his program. He will also offer a 30 minute recruiting talk to the parents at some point during the camp (Times TBD)

OPTIONAL ADD-ON DURING REGISTRATION:

Please only select one. Primary position players will only throw a side bullpen on Day 1 and will not have the ability to receive in-game pitching data. Primary pitchers will have the option to take batting practice during Day 1 and will not have the ability to receive in-game hitting data. Primary pitchers will throw 1-2 innings in the live games on Day 2 and will not get live at bats during the games. Primary position players will not throw in the live games during Day 2. If they are a secondary pitcher, they will be given the option to be evaluated in a bullpen setting on Day 1.

• In-Game Pitching Metrics ($50) - Receive an in-game pitching report from Baseball Cloud including stat lines, pitch usage, ball metrics, pitch location visuals and comparisons to the event averages and college baseball averages.
• In-Game Hitting Metrics ($50) - Receive an in-game hitting report from Baseball Cloud including stat lines, ball metrics, pitch location visuals from each AB, and comparisons to the event averages and college baseball averages.
• In-Game Hitting/Pitching Metrics ($100) - Receive an in-game hitting report from Baseball Cloud including stat lines, ball metrics, pitch location visuals from each AB, and comparisons to the event averages and college baseball averages and Receive an in-game pitching report from Baseball Cloud including stat lines, pitch usage, ball metrics, pitch location visuals and comparisons to the event averages and college baseball averages.
• T-Shirt Purchase ($25) – Alabama Baseball T Shirt
• Coaches In Depth Evaluation Report ($79 ($75+$4 Fee) -
  *In depth Coaches Evaluation Report will include in depth information regarding defense, hitting, or pitching. It will also include velos and our camp coaches report on what we saw and what is needed to improve on.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: Check-in will take place at the dorms on the July 13th from 12:15pm-12:45pm.

WHAT TO BRING: Participants will need to bring their bats, batting gloves, cleats, turf shoes, and catchers gear (if applicable). Participants will receive two practice shirts, a pair of practice shorts, and a uniform for the duration of camp that will be worn during workouts. Participants will also need to bring any personal items needed for the dorm along with bedding.

REFUND POLICY: The cost for this camp is $1250. There is a $300 non-refundable deposit associated with the camp. If you are unable to attend the camp, you must submit a refund request in writing at least one week prior to the start of camp to receive the difference in your payment and the non-refundable deposit.
